'Shivalik Rasayan net sales fell 16% for quarter ended Mar20 to Rs 37.77 crore compared to corresponding previous year quarter. The company reported 430 bps increases in operating margins to 17.3%. As a result operating profits rose 13% to Rs 6.54 crore. Other income was down 76% to Rs 1.1 crore compared to Rs 4.66 crore. Interest cost was up 41% to Rs 25 lakh. Depreciation rose 31% to Rs 1.11 crore. PBT as a result fell 34% to Rs 6.28 crore. Tax expense was Rs 92 lakh compared to tax expense of Rs 98 lakh. Profit after tax of the company decreased 37% to Rs 5.35 crore. Further considering MI net profit of the company fell 32% to Rs 3.84 crore. 

For FY'20 net sales rose 9% to Rs 186.28 crore. The company reported 170 bps increases in operating margins to 15.3%. As a result operating profits increased 23% to Rs 28.55 crore.
