Operating profit margin has declined from 50.04% to 30.45%, leading to 53.58% decline in operating profit to Rs 6.15 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 33.63% to 35.43%. Employee cost increased from 11.29% to 19.03%. Other expenses rose from 9.75% to 15.06%. PBIDT fell 53.42% to Rs 6.19 crore. Provision for interest fell 31.07% to Rs 0.71 crore. PBDT fell 55.30% to Rs 5.48 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 3.45% to Rs 0.3 crore.
Profit before tax down 56.73% to Rs 5.18 crore. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 1.33 crore, compared to Rs 3.16 crore. Effective tax rate was 25.68% compared to 26.40%. Profit after tax fell 56.30% to Rs 3.85 crore....
