Shivalik Bimetal Controls

Net up 28% on good operating show


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Shivalik Bimetal Controls for the quarter ended Jun 2025  has increased 8.43% to Rs 136.6 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 18.80% to 23.39%, leading to 34.87% rise in operating profit to Rs 31.95 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 58.69% to 56.38%.   Employee cost increased from 9.32% to 9.65%.   Other expenses fell from 13.49% to 11.09%.   

Other income fell 24.13% to Rs 2.17 crore.  PBIDT rose 28.51% to Rs 34.12 crore.  Provision for interest rose 3.03% to Rs 1.02 crore.  

PBDT rose 29.50% to Rs 33.1 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 15.14% to Rs 3.27 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 31.29% to Rs 29.83 crore.  Share of profit/loss was 30% lower at Rs 0.56 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 7.61 crore, co...
