Expects credit cost to be lower than guidance of 15 bps for FY26, loan growth to accelerate to 15% in FY27


'Can Fin Homes conducted a conference call 20 October 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025. Suresh Iyer, MD and CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has achieved disbursements of Rs 2500 crore in Q2FY26 in line with the guidance and it was also highest disbursements for the second quarter after posting highest first quarter disbursements in Q1YF26 of Rs 2000 crore. The company has good pipeline in hand.

The performance in the state of Karnataka and Telangana has improved which was witnessing pressure in the past. In fact, disbursements in the Karnataka touched Rs 270 crore in September 2025 which is similar to corresponding month last year.

The state of Karnataka has announced couple of initiative such as allowing B-Khata properties to be converted to E-Khata and faster 15-day registration timelines for E-khata registrations is expected to further support the disbursement momentum would s...
