OPM decreased by 611 bps


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2024 compared with Quarter ended December 2023.

Net sales (including other operating income) of SKF India has increased 15.04% to Rs 1256.1 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 15.76% to 9.65%, leading to 29.56% decline in operating profit to Rs 121.23 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 25.51% to 24.96%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 31.31% to 41.40%.   Employee cost decreased from 7.88% to 7.05%.   Other expenses fell from 18.99% to 16.84%.   

Other income rose 97.63% to Rs 47.51 crore.  PBIDT fell 13.97% to Rs 168.74 crore.  Provision for interest fell 40% to Rs 0.15 crore.  

PBDT fell 13.94% to Rs 168.59 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 13.24% to Rs 21.38 crore.
