Healthy revenue growth at 15% in Q2CY2024


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Schaeffler India has increased 15.18% to Rs 2106.84 crore in the quarter ended June 2024 (Q2CY2024). Sales of Mobility components segment has moved up 11.71% to Rs 1,614.61 crore (accounting for 76.64% of total sales). Sales of Other segment has gone up 28.25% to Rs 492.23 crore (accounting for 23.36% of total sales).

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has increased 7.14% to Rs 308.66 crore. PBIT of Mobility components segment fell 7.96% to Rs 199.26 crore (accounting for 64.56% of total PBIT). PBIT of Other segment jumped 52.79% to Rs 109.40 crore (accounting for 35.44% of total PBIT).

PBIT margin of Mobility components segment fell from 14.98% to 12.34%. PBIT margin of Other segment rose from 18.66% to 22.23%. Overall PBIT margin fell from 15.75% to 14.65%.
