While the company faced headwinds in the past quarter, particularly in revenue growth, the company is encouraged improvement with the improvement in gross margin delivered and EBITDA margin by focussing more on profitability than on volume. Looking ahead the priority are clear, the company will doubled down on core business and serve the company’s clients with more rigour. The company’s primary focus is revenue diversification through expansion of global foot print for non SMS products such as whats-up and RCS and voice solutions and AI driven fireworks solutions.
