Parag Milk Foods

PAT increased 11.08% on a standalone basis


'On standalone basis

Quarter ended September 2024 compared with Quarter ended September 2023.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Parag Milk Foods has increased 8.81% to Rs 856.35 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 7.13% to 8.11%, leading to 23.69% rise in operating profit to Rs 69.45 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 78.22% to 76.54%.   Employee cost increased from 3.09% to 3.73%.   Other expenses fell from 11.69% to 11.11%.   

Other income fell 3.81% to Rs 2.27 crore.  PBIDT rose 22.58% to Rs 71.72 crore.  Provision for interest up 4.95% to Rs 20.77 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 547.14 crore as of 30 September 2024 from Rs 545.21 crore as of 30 September 2023.  Inventories declined from Rs 587.09 crore as of 30 September 2023 to Rs 560.05 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Su...
