5414.19 crore. Sales of Iron Ore segment
has gone up 0.35% to Rs 5,342.33 crore (accounting for 98.67% of total
sales). Sales of Other Minerals &
Services segment has gone up 1.28% to Rs 71.86 crore (accounting for 1.33% of
total sales).
Profit
before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 17.47% to Rs
2,430.94 crore.
PBIT of Iron Ore segment
rose 18.15% to Rs 2,487.98 crore (accounting for 102.35% of total PBIT). PBIT of Other Minerals & Services segment
fell 56.19% to Rs -57.04 crore (accounting for -2.35% of total PBIT).
