Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Lodha Developers for the quarter ended Jun 2025 has increased 22.67% to Rs 3491.7 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 26.59% to 28.19%, leading to 30.07% rise in operating profit to Rs 984.40 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 4.92% to 4.35%.   Other expenses fell from 68.49% to 67.45%.   Construction development cost fell from 60.11% to 60.00%.   

Other income rose 85.24% to Rs 133 crore.  PBIDT rose 34.85% to Rs 1117.4 crore.  Provision for interest rose 26.11% to Rs 147.8 crore.  

PBDT rose 36.29% to Rs 969.6 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 9.11% to Rs 65.9 crore.
