ISGEC Heavy Engineering

Sales up 11%, net up 29%

Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of ISGEC Heavy Engineering for the quarter ended Jun 2024 has increased 11.11% to Rs 1539.68 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 7.47% to 8.10%, leading to 20.50% rise in operating profit to Rs 124.77 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 28.27% to 22.60%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 30.44% to 32.03%.   Employee cost increased from 8.40% to 9.30%.   Other expenses rose from 25.79% to 27.18%.   Other direct service cost rose from 11.95% to 11.97%.   Other income fell 32.08% to Rs 8.87 crore.  PBIDT rose 14.61% to Rs 133.64 crore.  Provision for interest fell 41.66% to Rs 11.23 crore.  PBDT rose 25.74% to Rs 122.41 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 2.99% to Rs 25.85 crore.  Profit before tax grew 33.65% to Rs 96.56 crore.  Prov...
