Indraprastha Gas

Sales volume increase 7% in H1FY25


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Indraprastha Gas has increased 6.91% to Rs 3697.6 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 18.99% to 14.47%, leading to 18.58% decline in operating profit to Rs 534.88 crore.  Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 68.83% to 73.21%.   Employee cost decreased from 1.49% to 1.34%.   Other expenses rose from 10.69% to 10.99%.  

Other income rose 34.62% to Rs 83.02 crore.  PBIDT fell 14.01% to Rs 617.9 crore.  Provision for interest fell 5.69% to Rs 2.32 crore.  Loan funds declined from Rs 84.36 crore as of 30 September 2023 to Rs 74.18 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 53.29 crore as of 30 September 2024 from Rs 48.84 crore as of 30 September 2023.  Sundry de...
