Hindustan Zinc

Expects capex of US$ 225-250 million in FY26


'Hindustan Zinc net sales (including other operating income) of Hindustan Zinc has increased 20.37% to Rs 9087 crore driven by higher lead volume, and zinc and silver prices and stronger dollar. Sales of Zinc, Lead and Silver segment has gone up 21.26% to Rs 8,806.00 crore (accounting for 99.74% of total sales).  Sales of Wind Energy segment has gone down 0.00% to Rs 23.00 crore (accounting for 0.26% of total sales). 

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 40.20% to Rs 3,850.00 crore.  PBIT of Zinc,Lead and Silver segment rose 40.33% to Rs 3,845.00 crore (accounting for 99.87% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Wind Energy segment fell 16.67% to Rs 5.00 crore (accounting for 0.13% of total PBIT).
