Key Takeaways of the call

Q4CY2025:

Q4 revenue was US $389 million, sequential decline of 1.5%. In absolute terms, this represents a US $6 million decline. The decline was primarily driven by calendars and furloughs, which are seasonal in nature, close to US $9 million, lower license revenues of US $7 million, and marginal headwinds from Forex. Forex was a headwind in the current quarter on revenues and also in terms of margins.

EBIT for the quarter was 17%. This includes impact of few one-timers during the quarter. Normalized for the one-timers, the margin for the quarter was 15.4% a drop of 210 bps sequentially.

Head winds for margin include forex which had an impact of 20 bps, calendar impact was around 60 bps, lower utilization had an i...
