Havells India

Net up 8% thanks to higher OI

Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Havells India for quarter ended Sep 2024 has increased 16.38% to Rs 4539.31 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 9.57% to 8.26%, leading to 0.46% rise in operating profit to Rs 375.07 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 54.62% to 50.15%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 14.04% to 18.63%.   Employee cost increased from 9.26% to 9.47%.   Other expenses rose from 13.07% to 14.11%.   Provisions writeoffs cost rose from 0.04% to 0.57%.   Other provisions rose from 0.04% to 0.57%.   

Other income rose 77% to Rs 92.89 crore.  PBIDT rose 9.89% to Rs 467.96 crore.  Provision for interest rose 8.04% to Rs 10.08 crore.    PBDT rose 9.94% to Rs 457.88 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 16.56% to Rs 94.62 crore.&nbs...
