Garware Hi Tech Films

Expect to meet FY26 guidance

'

Garware Hi Tech Films held a conference call on 14 November 2025 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 2025 and way forward. Mr. Mohan S. Adsul, Director-Technical, Mr Deepak Joshi, Director of Sales and Marketing and Mr Abhishek Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer of the company addressed the call.

Highlights of the Concall

  • Q2 FY26 performance demonstrated the company’s resilience despite a difficult operating environment marked by geopolitical volatility and steep US tariff increases of up to 50% across product categories.

  • The company continued to feel the impact of the revised US tariff structure, which led to an 8.2% year-on-year revenue decline, although revenues grew 15% sequentially, reflecting improved demand and strong operational execution. EBITDA fell 11.4% YoY to Rs 133 crore due to the tariff impact, but margins remained healthy at 23.4%, supported by disciplined cost control and a favorable product mix.
