Garware Hi Tech Films

OP up 8%


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Garware Hi Tech Films has increased 2.81% to Rs 466.37 crore despite facing industry headwinds and seasonal fluctuations. 

Operating profit margin has jumped from 16.56% to 17.40%, leading to 8.08% rise in operating profit to Rs 81.17 crore supported by the sale of value-added products..  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 50.05% to 46.56%.   Employee cost increased from 8.17% to 9.65%.   Other expenses rose from 25.29% to 26.42%.  

Other income rose 31.72% to Rs 12.5 crore.  PBIDT rose 10.73% to Rs 93.67 crore.  Provision for interest rose 28.19% to Rs 2.41 crore. 

PBDT rose 10.34% to Rs 91.26 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 5.13% to Rs 10.25 crore.
