DLF

Sales up 2%, net up 26%


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of DLF for the quarter ended Dec 2023 has increased 1.77% to Rs 1521.25 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 31.92% to 33.59%, leading to 7.08% rise in operating profit to Rs 510.97 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 8.98% to 8.26%.   Other expenses fell from 59.10% to 58.15%.   Selling and administration expenses rose from 41.28% to 43.65%.   Construction development cost rose from 41.28% to 43.65%.   

Other income rose 88.50% to Rs 122.26 crore.  PBIDT rose 16.82% to Rs 633.23 crore.  Provision for interest fell 12.25% to Rs 83.74 crore.  

PBDT rose 23.03% to Rs 549.49 crore.  Provision for depreciation fell 1.66% to Rs 37.95 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 25.37% to Rs 511.54 crore.  Share of profit/loss was 26.75% higher at Rs 279.21 crore.  Provision for tax was expens...
