'For the
quarter ending Dec 2022, standalone Net sales (including other operating income) of Bharat Seats has increased 10.94% to Rs 219.18 crore compared to quarter ended Dec 2021.Operating profit margin has jumped from 4.08% to 4.64%, leading to 25.90% rise in operating profit to Rs 10.16 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 85.21% to 83.59%. Employee cost increased from 4.47% to 4.62%. Other expenses rose from 6.25% to 7.18%. Other income up 121.54% to Rs 1.44 crore. PBIDT rose 33.03% to Rs 11.6 crore. Provision for interest fell 24.79% to Rs 0.91 crore.
PBDT rose 42.34% to Rs 10.69 crore. Provision for depreciation down 3.22% to Rs 4.21 crore.
