operating profit to Rs 314.00 crore.

material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from
52.85% to 54.79%. Purchase of finished
goods cost fell from 3.40% to 3.31%.
Employee cost increased from 5.50% to 6.45%. Other expenses rose from 13.23% to
15.10%.

income up 32.85% to Rs 27.5 crore.
