Lower operating profit


'Net sales (including other operating income) of BASF India has increased 14.60% to Rs 4,247.72 crore.  Sales of Agricultural Solution segment has gone up 5.98% to Rs 725.71 crore (accounting for 17.08% of total sales).  Sales of Materials segment has gone up 27.13% to Rs 1,333.39 crore (accounting for 31.39% of total sales).  Sales of Industrial Solutions segment rose 27.15% to Rs 647.45 crore (accounting for 15.24% of total sales).  Sales of Surface Technologies segment has gone down 29.19% to Rs 164.17 crore (accounting for 3.86% of total sales).  Sales of Nutrition & Care segment has gone up 2.76% to Rs 784.56 crore (accounting for 18.47% of total sales).  Sales of Chemicals segment has gone up 31.50% to Rs 565.73 crore (accounting for 13.32% of total sales).  Sales of Others segment has gone down 30.17% to Rs 26.71 crore (accounting for 0.63% of total sales).<...
