Net down 50% on lower OPM

Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Avantel for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has increased 17.96% to Rs 49.26 crore. 


Operating profit margin has declined from 43.46% to 23.57%, leading to 36.03% decline in operating profit to Rs 11.61 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 32.26% to 25.44%.   Employee cost increased from 20.94% to 27.53%.   Other expenses rose from 16.18% to 23.03%.   

Other income rose 4.35% to Rs 0.48 crore.  PBIDT fell 35.03% to Rs 12.09 crore.  Provision for interest rose 112.90% to Rs 0.66 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 26.33 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 17.51 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 60.45 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 46.04 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Sundry debtors were higher at Rs 71.24 crore as of 31 March 2025 com...
