The first quarter of FY2026 was a stable quarter marked by continued focus on maintaining consistent growth.

The long-term credit rating of the company was upgraded to Care AA from AA-.

The company continues to enjoy broad-based support from all financial institutions.

ROE of the company crossed 20% in Q1FY26, a milestone reaffirming the strength and resilience of the operating model. It is supported by a well-diversified product mix and the consumer base with varied income profiles providing stability across market cycles.

Aligned with the vision of scaling AUM to Rs 25000 crore by 2029, the company is steadily investing in branch expansion, digital capabilities and strengthening the talent pool...
