Adani Total Gas

Lower APM allocation impacted profitability


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Adani Total Gas has increased 11.96% to Rs 1294.46 crore.  CNG Volume increased by 19% YoY to 171 mmscm (million standard cubic meters) on account of CNG network expansion across multiple Geographical Areas (GAs) while PNG volume increased 8% to 86 mmscm. Overall sales volume rose 15% to 257 mmsc. The company added 28 CNG stations in Q3 to reach at 605 CNG stations across 34 GAs. It expanded PNG home connections to 9.22 lakh, by adding 28,677 new households

Operating profit margin has declined from 24.91% to 20.45%, leading to 8.09% decline in operating profit to Rs 264.72 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 63.75% to 68.54%.   Employee cost decreased from 1.44% to 1.11%.   Other expenses fell from 9.94% to 9.87%.
