Net jumps 145% on higher sales and gained by Rs 264.94 crore swing in taxation to tax write back of Rs 179.16 crore


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Adani Energy Solutions has increased 68.32% to Rs 6183.7 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 36.75% to 27.74%, leading to 27.03% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,715.14 crore.  Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 4.81% to 7.93%.   Employee cost decreased from 7.35% to 4.74%.   Other expenses rose from 46.89% to 58.44%.   Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 34.41% to 28.48%.   Other income rose 90.19% to Rs 176.1 crore.  PBIDT rose 31.09% to Rs 1891.24 crore.  Provision for interest rose 26.86% to Rs 812.94 crore.  PBDT rose 34.46% to Rs 1078.3 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 12.04% to Rs 484.07 crore.  Profit before tax grew 60.66% to Rs 594.23 crore.  Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.  Provision for tax was credit of Rs 179.16 crore, compared to debit of Rs 85.78 cror...
