Net up 11% on good operating show

Standalone net sales (including other operating income) of ABB India has increased 13.62% to Rs 2,757.49 crore. Operating profit margin has jumped from 15.01% to 15.13%, leading to 14.53% rise in operating profit to Rs 417.22 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 53.55% to 51.31%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 7.56% to 7.95%. Employee cost increased from 6.57% to 6.64%. Other expenses rose from 17.22% to 18.80%. Contract job process charges rose from 2.61% to 2.81%. Other income up 10.83% to Rs 77.59 crore. PBIDT rose 13.94% to Rs 494.81 crore. Provision for interest up 12.71% to Rs 8.16 crore. PBDT rose 13.96% to Rs 486.65 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 22.74% to Rs 32.92 crore.
