'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Tata Consumer Products has increased 15.04% to Rs 5112 crore.  Sales of Branded Business segment has gone up 14.32% to Rs 4,602.79 crore (accounting for 89.38% of total sales).  Sales of Non Branded Business segment has gone up 22.54% to Rs 546.67 crore (accounting for 10.62% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales rose Rs 37.86 crore to Rs 47.81 crore.  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 35.75% to Rs 637.96 crore.  PBIT of Branded Business segment rose 51.84% to Rs 572.45 crore (accounting for 89.73% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Non Branded Business segment fell 29.52% to Rs 65.51 crore (accounting for 10.27% of total PBIT).  

PBIT margin of Branded Business segment rose from 9.36% to 12.44%.  ...
