NP up 14.4% YoY to Rs 108.35 crore in Q3FY2026


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2025.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Mastek has declined 3.69% to Rs 905.68 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 15.47% to 16.08%, leading to 0.05% rise in operating profit to Rs 145.59 crore.  Employee cost increased from 52.58% to 54.28%.   Other expenses fell from 31.94% to 29.65%.   

Other income rose 38.44% to Rs 20.89 crore.  PBIDT rose 3.66% to Rs 166.48 crore.  Provision for interest fell 13.79% to Rs 7.44 crore.  

PBDT rose 4.65% to Rs 159.04 crore.  Provision for depreciation fell 0.11% to Rs 17.85 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 5.29% to Rs 141.19 crore.  Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 32.84 crore...
