Net sales (including other operating income) of Syngene International has declined 2.82% to Rs 917.1 crore. Operating profit margin has declined from 30.05% to 22.81%, leading to 26.23% decline in operating profit to Rs 209.20 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 25.51% to 24.31%. Employee cost increased from 26.31% to 29.43%. Other expenses rose from 18.27% to 23.23%.
Other income fell 15.85% to Rs 15.4 crore. PBIDT fell 25.60% to Rs 224.6 crore. Provision for interest fell 4.03% to Rs 11.9 crore.
PBDT fell 26.53% to Rs 212.7 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 4.60% to Rs 113.7 crore.
