Sagility

NP up 23.4% yoy to Rs 267.7 crore in Q3FY2026


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2025.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Sagility has increased 18.85% to Rs 1971.15 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 25.03% to 25.93%, leading to 23.12% rise in operating profit to Rs 511.11 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 61.92% to 61.85%.   Other expenses fell from 13.04% to 12.22%.   

Other income fell 85.53% to Rs 8.42 crore.  PBIDT rose 9.77% to Rs 519.53 crore.  Provision for interest fell 1.32% to Rs 24.66 crore.  

PBDT rose 10.38% to Rs 494.87 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 1.65% to Rs 123.52 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 13.63% to Rs 371.35 crore.  Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 70....
