PAT declines 8%, revenues improve 35% in Q3FY2026


'ICRA has recorded 8% decline in the net profit to Rs 38.82 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 (Q3FY2026).

Net sales (including other operating income) of ICRA has increased 35.34% to Rs 163.59 crore in Q3FY26. Sales of Ratings & Ancillary Services segment has gone up 19.69% to Rs 86.53 crore (accounting for 52.64% of total sales). Sales of Research & Analytics segment has gone up 58.33% to Rs 77.86 crore (accounting for 47.36% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose Rs 0.60 crore to Rs 0.80 crore.

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 29.03% to Rs 49.00 crore. PBIT of Ratings & Ancillary Services segment rose 43.38% to Rs 33.48 crore (accounting for 68.33% of total PBIT). PBIT of Research & Analytics segment rose 6.11% to Rs 15.51 crore (accounting for 31.67% of total PBIT).
