'For quarter ending Sept 2024, consolidated Net sales (including other operating income) of Varun Beverages has increased 24.14% to Rs 4804.68 crore compared to quarter ended Sept 2023.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 22.79% to 23.96%, leading to 30.49% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,151.13 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 42.07% to 38.81%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.83% to 3.18%.   Employee cost increased from 9.56% to 11.15%.   Other expenses fell from 22.83% to 21.83%.   

Other income rose 31.01% to Rs 24.25 crore.  PBIDT rose 30.50% to Rs 1175.38 crore.  Provision for interest rose 89.66% to Rs 118.54 crore.  

PBDT rose 26.09% to Rs 1056.84 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 50.23% to Rs 256.61 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 19.91% to Rs 800.23 crore.  ...
