OP up 23%


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Sharda Motor Industries has increased 2.21% to Rs 703.39 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.79% to 14.13%, leading to 22.54% rise in operating profit to Rs 99.42 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stoAck adjustments) decreased from 76.56% to 71.82%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 2.48% to 2.13%.   Employee cost increased from 3.67% to 4.49%.   Other expenses rose from 5.46% to 7.45%.  

Other income rose 111.02% to Rs 28.91 crore.  PBIDT rose 35.33% to Rs 128.33 crore.  Provision for interest rose 25% to Rs 0.2 crore.  Loan funds declined from Rs 24.64 crore as of 31 March 2023 to Rs 23.67 crore as of 31 March 2024.&nbs...
