operating income) of Oil & Natural Gas Corpn has increased 1.68% to Rs
166576.75 crore. Sales of Offshore
segment has gone up 4.81% to Rs 24,187.24 crore (accounting for 13.01% of total
sales). Sales of Onshore segment has
gone up 3.07% to Rs 10,996.45 crore (accounting for 5.91% of total sales). Sales of Refining & Marketing segment
rose 2.95% to Rs 1,48,315.39 crore (accounting for 79.75% of total sales). Sales of Outside India segment has gone up
4.89% to Rs 2,483.53 crore (accounting for 1.34% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose Rs 16,393.97 crore
to Rs 19,443.78 crore.
Profit before interest, tax and other
unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 39.62% to Rs 15,078.29 crore.
