Net down 45% on lower sales, lower OPM and lower OI


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Oberoi Realty for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has declined 12.52% to Rs 1150.14 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 59.98% to 53.74%, leading to 21.62% decline in operating profit to Rs 618.07 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 2.62% to 1.84%.   Other expenses rose from 23.27% to 51.32%.   Other direct service cost rose from 17.95% to 44.47%.   

Other income fell 74.08% to Rs 63.19 crore.  PBIDT fell 34.01% to Rs 681.26 crore.  Provision for interest rose 59.09% to Rs 80.12 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 3,300.40 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 2,495.22 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 9,446.50 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 9,261.24 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Sundry debtors were lower at Rs 112.66 crore as of 31 March 2025 compared to Rs 204.20 crore as of 31 March 2024. &n...
