'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of NDR Auto Components has increased 8.12% to Rs 185.22 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 9.74% to 10.73%, leading to 19.11% rise in operating profit to Rs 19.88 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 77.03% to 73.33%.   Employee cost increased from 2.89% to 3.54%.   Other expenses rose from 10.28% to 12.42%.   

Other income fell 25.32% to Rs 0.59 crore.  PBIDT rose 17.11% to Rs 20.47 crore.  Provision for interest fell 13.92% to Rs 0.68 crore.  

PBDT rose 18.57% to Rs 19.79 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 20.81% to Rs 4.76 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 17.88% to Rs 15.03 crore.  Share of profit/loss was 21.72% higher at Rs 2.41 cr...
