Lakshmi Machine Works

Net down 88% on weak operating show


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Lakshmi Machine Works for the quarter ended Jun 2024 has declined 43.49% to Rs 672.96 crore.  Sales of Textile Machinery Division segment has gone down 52.87% to Rs 453.66 crore (accounting for 64.91% of total sales).  Sales of Machine Tool & Foundry Division segment has gone down 15.45% to Rs 206.12 crore (accounting for 29.49% of total sales).  Sales of Advanced Technology Centre segment fell 4.51% to Rs 39.14 crore (accounting for 5.60% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 46.21 crore to Rs 23.14 crore.  

PBIT of Textile Machinery Division reported loss of Rs 14.04 crore compared to profit of Rs 83.47 crore.  PBIT of Machine Tool & Foundry Division segment fell 62.87% to Rs 6.46 crore (accounting for -106.95% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Advanced Technology Centre segment fell 64.92% to Rs 1.54 crore (accounting for -25.50% of t...
