Sales up 16%, net up 38%

Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Just Dial has increased 16.23% to Rs 270.27 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 14.28% to 26.17%, leading to 113.04% rise in operating profit to Rs 70.73 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 74.08% to 64.13%.   Other expenses fell from 11.64% to 9.70%.   

Other income rose 23.10% to Rs 91.29 crore.  PBIDT rose 50.91% to Rs 162.02 crore.  Provision for interest rose 6.51% to Rs 2.78 crore.  PBDT rose 52.02% to Rs 159.24 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 31.11% to Rs 11.8 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 53.98% to Rs 147.44 crore.  Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 31.7 crore, compared to Rs 12.15 crore.  Effective tax rate was 21.50% compared to 12.69%.
