Indian Oil Corporation

Sharp decline in profits


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Indian Oil Corporation has declined 2.95% to Rs 194014.49 crore.  Sales of Sale of Petroleum Products segment has gone down 4.17% to Rs 205,421.05 crore (accounting for 91.44% of total sales).  Sales of Other Business Activities segment rose 6.30% to Rs 12,027.57 crore (accounting for 5.35% of total sales).  Sales of Sale of Petrochemicals segment has gone up 20.36% to Rs 7,201.85 crore (accounting for 3.21% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales rose Rs 4,775.57 crore to Rs 5,128.12 crore. 

For Q3 24-25, IndianOil`s total sales volumes, including exports, was 26.134 million tonnes which is the highest ever achieved by the company in any quarter and registered an increase by 14% from Q2 24-25.
