'Net sales (including other operating income) of Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation has declined 4.40% to Rs 109632.8 crore. Sales of Downstream Petroleum segment has
gone down 2.62% to Rs 118,355.69 crore (accounting for 99.83% of total sales). Sales of Others segment rose 24.13% to Rs
198.72 crore (accounting for 0.17% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose Rs 43.47 crore to Rs
80.37 crore.
Q4 FY25 witnessed a very strong operational performance. Refineries
recorded highest-ever quarterly throughput of 6.74 MMT up 15.4% from 5.84 MMT
in Q4 FY24. The marketing segment delivered an outstanding performance
registering a 2.7% year-on-year growth in domestic sales volume surpassing
industry growth rate of 2.4%. In a significant step, HPCL commenced operations
at LNG regassification Terminal at Chhara, Gujarat.
