Havells India

Net up 16% on higher sales


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Havells India for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has increased 20.24% to Rs 6543.56 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 11.66% to 11.57%, leading to 19.30% rise in operating profit to Rs 757.05 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 54.47% to 55.05%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 11.12% to 11.78%.   Employee cost decreased from 8.10% to 7.48%.   Other expenses fell from 14.09% to 13.76%.   Selling and administration expenses fell from 2.55% to 2.25%.   Provisions writeoffs cost rose from 0.07% to 0.15%.   Other provisions rose from 0.07% to 0.15%.   Other income fell 9.28% to Rs 68.72 crore.  PBIDT rose 16.25% to Rs 825.77 crore.  Provision for interest fell 14.06% to Rs 15.22 crore.    PBDT rose 17.02% to Rs 810.55 crore.  Provision for dep...
