'Consolidated
net sales (including other operating income) of Garware Technical Fibres has
increased 3.25% to Rs 336.25 crore.
Sales of Synthetic segment has gone up 6.62% to Rs 276.68 crore
(accounting for 80.69% of total sales).
Sales of Fiber & Industrial segment has gone down 10.51% to Rs 66.23
crore (accounting for 19.31% of total sales).
Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 7.85 crore to Rs 6.65 crore.
Profit
before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 9.95% to Rs
68.16 crore.
PBIT of Synthetic segment
rose 12.61% to Rs 58.25 crore (accounting for 85.47% of total PBIT). PBIT of Fiber & Industrial segment fell
3.47% to Rs 9.91 crore (accounting for 14.53% of total PBIT).
