'For quarter ending June 2024, consolidated Net sales (including other operating income) of Dr Lal Pathlabs has increased 11.26% to Rs 601.9 crore compared to quarter ended June 2023. Operating profit margin has jumped from 27.02% to 28.24%, leading to 16.28% rise in operating profit to Rs 170.00 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 20.91% to 19.84%. Employee cost increased from 19.35% to 19.37%. Other expenses fell from 32.72% to 32.55%. Selling and administration expenses rose from 13.77% to 13.91%.
Other income rose 43.06% to Rs 20.6 crore. PBIDT rose 18.68% to Rs 190.6 crore. Provision for interest fell 25% to Rs 6 crore.
PBDT rose 20.97% to Rs 184.6 crore. Provision for depreciation fell 1.14% to Rs 34.7 crore.
