Sales down 4%, net up 23%


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of DLF has declined 4.28% to Rs 1362.35 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 27.84% to 16.78%, leading to 42.29% decline in operating profit to Rs 228.62 crore.  Employee cost decreased from 12.14% to 12.04%.   Other expenses rose from 60.03% to 71.18%.   Selling and administration expenses rose from 48.36% to 48.57%.   Construction development cost rose from 48.36% to 48.57%.   

Other income rose 273.14% to Rs 367.47 crore.  PBIDT rose 20.51% to Rs 596.09 crore.  Provision for interest rose 19.26% to Rs 101.19 crore.  

PBDT rose 20.77% to Rs 494.9 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 2.53% to Rs 37.28 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 22.54% to Rs 457.62 crore.  Share of profit/loss was 20.19% higher at Rs 305.39 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 118.34 crore, ...
