declined 30.90% to Rs 6988.13 crore.
Sales of Nutrient & Other Allied Business segment has gone down
33.39% to Rs 6,301.73 crore (accounting for 89.62% of total sales). Sales of Crop Protection segment has gone up
3.29% to Rs 730.07 crore (accounting for 10.38% of total sales). Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 54.65
crore to Rs 43.67 crore.
Profit
before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 1.68% to Rs
1,078.42 crore.

Other Allied Business segment rose 3.77% to Rs 991.30 crore (accounting for
91.92% of total PBIT). PBIT of Crop
Protection segment fell 17.29% to Rs 87.12 crore (accounting for 8.08% of total
PBIT).
