Standalone net sales (including other operating income) of Bharat Bijlee for the quarter ended Sep 2024 has declined 6.13% to Rs 394.08 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 9.17% to 5.51%, leading to 43.57% decline in operating profit to Rs 21.72 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 72.99% to 73.96%.  Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 1.52% to 1.98%.   Employee cost increased from 9.26% to 11.43%.   Other expenses rose from 7.73% to 7.80%.   Other income up 63.29% to Rs 11.3 crore.  PBIDT fell 27.28% to Rs 33.02 crore.  Provision for interest fell 43.57% to Rs 2.81 crore.   PBDT fell 25.28% to Rs 30.21 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 41.26% to Rs 4.93 crore.   Profit before tax down 31.56% to Rs 25.28 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 6.49 crore, compared to Rs 9.05 crore. &nb...
