The clear focus on the customer centricity is yielding good
results. The company has continued to improve collaboration and partnership
with customers for improving localization content and increasing footprint both
on the manufacturing side as well as on the logistic sides.
The focus is on expanding product offering.
The company has continued to win awards from customers for
quality products and service.
The company has recently got customer survey scores showing
improvement in the rating to 8.62 from the previous survey at 8.41, adding
credibility to the efforts of the company.
The automotive production posted a strong growth at 6.2% in
Q1CY25 and the trend is definitely on the upside now.
