Power Grid Corporation of India hosted a conference call on May 21, 2025. In the conference call the company was represented by R.K. Tyagi, Chairman & Managing Director; G. Ravisankar, Director (Finance) & CFO; Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Personnel); Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations); and Vamsi Ramamohan Burra, Director (Projects).

Key takeaways of the call

Consolidated Capex in Q4FY25 and FY25 was Rs 8604 crore (against Rs 4810 crore in Q4FY24) and Rs 26255 crore (against Rs 12500 crore in FY24) respectively.

Consolidated capitalization in Q4FY25 and FY25 was Rs 1591 crore against (Rs 1838 crore in Q4FY24) and Rs 9014 crore (against Rs 7618 crore in FY24) respectively.

Commissioned 85 MW Solar PV Power Project at Nagda in April 2025.
