PNB Housing Finance

Aims to raise retail loan book to Rs 1 lakh crore by March 2027


'PNB Housing Finance conducted a conference call on 21 January 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended December 2024. Girish Kousgi, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

During the quarter, the company has surpassed the retail loan growth guidance of 17% with 17.5% growth which is the highest growth in the last 22 quarters.

The retail loan book has expanded by over Rs 10000 crore in the last 12 months to cross Rs 70000 crore mark end December 2024.

The growth is achieved despite challenges in Karnataka and Telangana, elections in Maharashtra and weather related challenges in Andhra Pradesh etc.

The company has doubled the affordable housing loan book in the last 9 months from Rs 1790 crore end March 2024 to Rs 3838 crore end December 2024 and the company aims to raise this book to Rs 5000 crore by March 2025.
