PNB Housing Finance

Maintains guidance of retail loan growth of 17% for FY2025


'PNB Housing Finance conducted a conference call on 25 July 2024 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 2024. Girish Kousgi, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has posted 25% increase in the net profit to Rs 432.8 crore in Q1FY2025. The net interest income moved up 3% qoq and 4% yoy Rs 651 crore.

The NIM was flat qoq at 3.65% and declined 21 bps yoy.

The company has recorded RoA of 2.38% and RoE of 11.4%.

The Capital Adequacy ratio has been healthy at 29.5% end June 2024.

The retail loan asset book of the company has increased 14.4% yoy and 3% qoq, which account for 97.3% of the overall loan book. The retail loan disbursements have increased 19% yoy to Rs 4363 crore in Q1FY2025.

The affordable housing loan book of the company has touched Rs 2361 crore end June 2025 with disbursements at Rs 586 crore.
